Working with Kristina Allan was an absolute pleasure! When we first began our journey of selling our Home, we hired an Agent who lacked professionalism and honesty so we punted to a different Agent who was Non-Existent and never did one single showing but had his "Team" of Junior Agents who were new and green in the industry and basically just showed up to walk along as the potential Buyer walked the Home with their Agent. When that time ran its course with that Agent, Kristina had contacted us. While we weren't immediately ready to put in a new Agent, we kept her in mind. As the time came to list again, we connected with Kristina who came out and was prepared with a strategic game plan and presented what she would do to het the home SOLD. We moved forward with her. She scheduled her photographer, which she was present for the entire time he was shooting the home photos and once we were live, she communicated and we discussed photos and we went live. Within ONE WEEK she had a showing lined up. She put together a professional spiral bound leave behind for any Buyer from a showing that had ALL the photos, pertinent information about the future plans of our community renovation and facts and info that had value to a potential Buyer. It was a 10! The next day she had another showing, which she also was present for. She is knowledgeable about Community, Amenities, Schools, and most importantly she knows the features and benefits of YOUR HOME. interior and exterior - ALL the details that would be valuable for a Buyer to know. The Buyer did a 2nd showing the next day and wrote an offer. She handled EVERYTHING and negotiated to the deal to the core while engaging with the Buyers Agent. She also came for the Inspection and when the deal was done, she also came to the closing. We have worked with many Agents selling properties from Chicago and Las Vegas and Kristina hands down was a GEM to work with. She takes the stress of this process away and is a true champion and professional. She follows up, she communicates and she "does what she says and says what she does". If you're considering an Agent, you will NOT be disappointed! We have referred her to a friend and will continue referring her any time we can!

Writing this review a bit late but no less important, I’ve never met Kristina prior to buying my house and have no previous ties… With that being said, Kristina was unbelievably wonderful! Unimpressed with previous realtors, Kristina had me immediately hooked! Her energy, knowledge, and honest drive to help me through the process was unrivaled. Through the entire process from start to close, Kristina always made herself available, and quick to respond, truly made me feel like I was her only client giving me her devoted attention. Even after escrow closed she helped me with some title company questions and hiccups to further smooth out the process. Kristina was an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
